Griggs & Maloney's team of experienced biologists, geologists and engineers are ready to mobilize to any site.  Stream relocation, rehabilitation, and permit acquisition are daily activities at Griggs & Maloney.  Our staff has a day-to-day working relationship with state and federal regulators in Tennessee.  This working relationship allows us to know the intent of the regulations from the regulators' perspective and makes compliance in this dynamic regulatory field much more efficient.

Griggs & Maloney has prepared Aquatic Resource Alteration Permits (ARAP); Section 404, 401, and 265 permits; performed stream and wetaland determinations and assessments and has worked closely with regulators in wetland bank and mitigation activities for our clients.
