In 1988, Principals Bill Griggs and Steve Maloney created Griggs and Maloney, Inc. with a dream of providing efficient, full service environmental engineering and consulting services to Tennessee clients. Bill brought several years of civil and environmental engineering experience and innovation and Steve brought his education and experience in biological and cultural resource studies and environmental regulatory know how to the table. They make a great team.
Bill and Steve now have more than 60 years experience in environmental engineering and consulting. As business grew, so did the staff. The G&M staff now includes professional engineers, registered and professional geologists, biologists, environmental scientists, registered environmental property assessors, certified environmental inspectors, CADD operators, licensed asbestos inspectors and management planners, certified hazardous materials managers, and support staff.
Our client list has grown to over 1000 in the more than 20 years that we have provided environmental engineering and consulting services and the list keeps growing. Griggs & Maloney clients include state and federal regulatory agencies, municipalities, industries, banks, law firms, small and large businesses and individuals. Our client retention is the greatest evidence of our success.
Griggs & Maloney, Inc. is structured so as to provide ultimate efficiency of service to clients, while minimizing the amount of overhead that leads to increased costs to clients and erodes corporate profitability.
