OUR PRINCIPLES

OUR FOCUS ON SAFETY, QUALITY AND ETHICS ARE FOUNDATIONAL TO WHO WE ARE.

Our approach of establishing long-term relationships with our clients drives our ability to help them reach their goals, across all federal, state, and private industriesMore than 90 percent of our work is repeat business. We are successful because we get to know our customers’ businesses intimately, and partner with them to help them achieve their objectives. That commitment to our clients produces consistent cost advantages and profits.

Our rich history guides our growth, and the possibilities are limitless in terms of the company we are yet to become. But a few simple things remain constant throughout times of change: our firm commitment to our relationship based business model; and our focus on safety, quality, and ethics are foundational to who we are.

OUR HISTORY

OUR RICH HISTORY GUIDES OUR GROWTH.

Bill Griggs and Steve Maloney created Griggs & Maloney with a dream of providing efficient, full service environmental engineering and consulting services to clients in the southeast United States. Their acquaintance grew into a friendship after working together at Horizon Engineering, and soon into a partnership after talk of venturing out together. A business lunch between the two coworkers produced a napkin with a business plan drafted on it and in 1988, Griggs & Maloney was born.

Griggs & Maloney has since served over 1,200 clients in more than 30 years of environmental and engineering consulting. Our clients include state and federal regulatory agencies, municipalities, industries, banks, law firms, small and large businesses and individuals. More than 90% of our work is repeat business because not only of our expertise, but our commitment to client-relationships and quality of work. Our client retention is the greatest evidence of our success.
